Shangri-La The Fort, Manila, Taguig

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and fully equipped, and the restaurants offered the best buffet breakfast and dinner. An upgrade made my experience even more amazing, though the initial tissue supply wasn't sufficient. The service was attentive and very helpful, with the staff taking great care of us. The location right in front of BGC High Street was optimal, and the dining experience, despite minor issues, was great. Overall, a wonderful stay!

The hotel offers nice and spacious rooms with lovely views across BGC, although they could be bigger. They are clean but had a stench of cigarette smoke. The service is a mix of experiences from painful to genuinely pleasant and helpful. The location is fabulous, ideal for exploring BGC with plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience offers a variety of options but may not be extensive. Facilities are generally good, catering to basic needs.

The hotel is right across the street from Bonifacio Global City, offering a fantastic place to dine, shop, and watch cinema. The rooms are spacious and clean, but it was a bit disappointing that my room didn't have a coffee maker like the Nespresso machine that was present in the suite. The staff provided excellent service overall, but some had difficulty answering simple questions. The location is excellent, close to malls, restaurants, bars, and a convenience store. The dining experience had limited choices and could improve. Overall, a great location with some room for enhancement in certain areas.
